Timemore Sculptor 078 & 078S & 064S Electric Coffee Grinder

The Sculptor 064S is expected again in early October 2026.

The Sculptor is Timemore's brand new electric table-top coffee grinder. It features a 78mm or 64mm 'vortex-knife' burr set, with 3 rows of teeth to refine the grinding process and ultimately reduce fine particles.

The patented 'knock' system ejects the coffee grounds from the spout, without any residue remaining.

The Sculptor 078 and 064 are designed for coarse grinding of coffee for pour-over, drip, French press, and siphon filter types. The Sculptor 078S and 064S also offer the option for fine grinding for espresso. The burr design is optimized to reduce fine particles in the grinder.

The Sculptor has adjustable RPM. A slower RPM reduces fine particles, and you can precisely adjust your grinding speed to optimize your grind size distribution.

The magnetic grinding cup and funnel lid provide additional ease of use.

The 078 and 078S are available in black. The 064S in white.
