Return Policy MOTO Coffee

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the product.

Coffee In general, we do not accept returns of coffee due to its shelf life. Nevertheless, it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@motocoffee.nl, and we will look for a suitable solution together.

Accessories and tools Products that function correctly will not be accepted for return. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us.

Return procedure Send an email to hello@motocoffee.nl with your name, address and reason for return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. We will then start the return process.

Refund After we receive and approve the returned product, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used to pay, within 14 days.
