Through our webshop, privacy-sensitive data, in other words personal data, is processed. Moto Coffee B.V. considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore processed and secured by us carefully.

SPECIAL AND/OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have consent from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address is only added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google to make arrangements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not permitted Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. Finally, we have the IP addresses anonymised.

We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures:

RETENTION PERIODS
