Brazil – Fazenda Dutra (Matas de Minas)
Fazenda Dutra is a family business in the heart of Minas Gerais, run by brothers Ednilson and Walter Dutra. The plantation is known for its organic farming and care for biodiversity. Here, Red & Yellow Catuaí and Bourbon varieties are naturally processed (natural), resulting in a sweet, nutty base with notes of chocolate and caramel.
