Nalu Blend – Guatemala x Sumatra

The Nalu Blend brings together two special coffee worlds: the fresh clarity of Guatemala and the earthy depth of Sumatra.

Guatemala – Huehuetenango
In the mountainous Huehuetenango region, small-scale farmers cultivate the classic Bourbon varietal at high altitudes. Thanks to the cool climate and the use of the washed method, the coffee develops a pure, balanced flavor with notes of citrus and caramel. The farmers often work in cooperatives and combine traditional knowledge with sustainable agriculture.

Indonesia – Sumatra Mandheling
The other half of this blend comes from the Gayo region of Sumatra. Here, local farmers—often women—grow the Gayo 1 and Gayo 2 varieties, processed using the characteristic semi-washed method. This creates a full body with deep earthy and spicy notes. The farmers in this region operate under organic certification and care for the rainforest they inhabit.
