This blend brings together the best of two coffee worlds: the creamy balance of Colombia and the floral refinement of Ethiopia. Both coffees are certified organic and washed-processed for a clear, clean flavour profile. Clear, complex, and balanced. A fresh start with citrus and white flowers, followed by a soft, creamy body with notes of stone fruit and caramel.

About the farmer

Colombia – Cauca, Popayán
In the hills surrounding Popayán, at elevations ranging from 900 to 1950 meters, small coffee farmers passionately cultivate sustainable, organic farming practices. They cultivate varieties like Caturra, Castillo, and Typica, processing their harvest using the washed method for a consistent, clean flavor. This region is known for its rich volcanic soils, which give the coffee a soft body and notes of caramel, stone fruit, and a hint of citrus.

Ethiopia – Guji, Dimtu Tero Farm
Dimtu Tero Farm is located in the high-altitude Guji region, between 1800 and 2100 meters. The farmer behind this farm, Getachew Zekele, works closely with surrounding smallholders and is committed to fair wages, education, and organic farming. The coffee is washed, resulting in a clean cup with floral aromas, fresh acidity, and hints of lime and white peach.
